In 2013 I started studying biology in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. My first interest was in aquatic ecology, but that changed quickly to agricultural sciences when I had to choose a topic for my first internship. During my study I have done two 6 month internships, one at the Louis Bolk Institute (NL) and one at Teagasc (IE). After I obtained my Master, I worked as a freelancer for the Louis Bolk institute and as a swift and bat researcher at Loo Plan. Since 2019 I am an assistant at the in vitro biology and horticulture laboratory and at the horticultural science laboratory.
